Pargo’s tracking functionality can be accessed in real time, 24/7 on mobile or desktop. Your waybill number is your tracking number. It can be found in your email and sms notifications, which you will start receiving after the order has been finalised. It has been developed for convenience to enable you to watch every part of your parcel’s journey. From the second your order leaves the warehouse or the drop-off point to the minute it arrives in your neighbourhood, every move of your parcel is recorded.
How long does shipment take via Pargo?
Delivery will normally take 2 to 5 days from the time the parcel has been dropped off. Delivery to and from some smaller regional areas might take a bit longer.
Collecting your parcel:
All you need is your ID and the Pargo Code for that parcel. You will receive a unique Pargo Code in the sms and/or email that informs you that your parcel is ready for collection.
How many days do you have to collect your parcel from Pargo point?
Pargo holds the parcel for 8 days from the moment you receive your sms/email notification. If you have not collected your parcel within 8 days, it will be returned to the sender. If you won't have the time to collect the parcel by yourself then you can send someone on your behalf. The person collecting it for you will have to bring your ID (or a copy) and unique Pargo Code.
